This course is designed to assist you in identifying common ergonomic risks in the office environment and provide you with professionally tailored recommendations on how to reduce your ergonomic risk factors.

Virtual Workspace Assessment:

After the course lecture and Final Quiz, you will complete a self-assessment for your work area and submit pictures showing your work area from different perspectives. A health and safety professional, with over a decade of experience in providing solutions to ergonomics hazards, will review your work area and provide you with a tailored report containing recommendations to adopt to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your work area.

Certificate

After successfully completing the course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion with 1.0 PDHs (Professional Development Hours).

A passing score of 70% or higher on the Final Quiz is required to receive the certificate.
