This course is designed to assist you in identifying common ergonomic risks in the office environment and provide you with professionally tailored recommendations on how to reduce your ergonomic risk factors.

Course Structure

First, the course begins with a lecture on the fundamentals of work area ergonomics designed to increase your knowledge of most common ergonomics pitfalls in the office environment.

Second, you will complete a self-assessment for your work area and submit pictures showing your work area from different perspectives. A health and safety professional, with over a decade of experience in providing solutions to ergonomics hazards, will review your work area and provide you with a tailored report containing recommendations to adopt to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your work area.

Lastly, an ASG health and safety professional will arrange a 30-minute teleconference with you to personally go over your assessment results, provide tailored feedback to improve your office ergonomics and reduce risks, and answer any questions you may have.

Upon completion, you will receive a Certificate of Completion with your personal ergonomics evaluation at the same email address used to sign up for the course.
